Vision
HARMONIZE is a conscious community retreat for men and women. Immersive yourself in specialised peak state experiences that lead us home to ourselves and create harmony within and without, anchored below and tapped into above. The program intentionally weaves music, art, relating, movement, nature, food and much more. Join us for an immersive weekend that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
Sorry, dear ones, we will not be hosting the little people (no children under 15) for this one. This is due to the depth of work we are calling you into. We wish for everyone participating to be able to invest in this process with minimal distractions.
Guiding Principles
1. Remember the Sacred
We gather on healing lands to honour the ancestors, the earth, and the unseen forces that guide us. Every act—movement, meal, conversation—is an offering to the sacred web of life.
2. Harmony Within, Harmony Without
True transformation begins inside. As we align mind, body, and spirit, we naturally restore harmony in our relationships, communities, and the world around us.
3. Radical Honesty & Embodied Presence
We commit to showing up truthfully and fully. Through embodied awareness and honest expression, we create a field of authenticity where healing and connection can flourish.
4. Integrity in Facilitation & Service
Facilitators hold the container with grounded integrity, trauma-informed care, and devotion to the highest good of all participants—guiding with humility, not hierarchy.
5. Non-Dogmatic Spirituality
We honour all paths to truth. HARMONIZE is a space beyond rigid belief systems—where spirit is felt through direct experience, creativity, and the wisdom of the heart.
6. Community as Medicine
Healing happens in connection. We cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and mutual support—where each person is both student and teacher, giver and receiver.
7. Integration as Embodiment
Transformation is made real through integration. We return home not with fleeting insights, but with embodied practices of breath, movement, emotional alchemy, and service to life.
Practices
The fundamental practices that weave together to create a transformational breakthrough at Harmonize.

💧 Catharsis —
The Shedding
From the Greek katharsis, meaning “purification.”
Before we rise, we must clear.
Catharsis is the emotional, physical, and energetic purge of the old — grief, anger, shame, guilt, fear — the stored pain that clogs our ability to feel, connect, and lead.
In Rapture, we use breathwork, movement, ritual, and nervous system work to support deep, embodied release.
This isn’t about rehashing the story — it’s about creating space in the body and psyche for something new to take root.
Catharsis clears the vessel. It prepares you to receive.

🔥 Ekstasis —
The Great Awakening
From the Greek ekstasis, meaning “to stand outside oneself.”
Once clear, we open. Ekstasis is the elevated state where we expand beyond our everyday identity and connect with something far greater — our soul, spirit, genius, or flow state.
These are the moments of deep insight, unity, inspiration, and timelessness — experienced in nature, creativity, dance, sensuality, silence, or ceremony.
Ekstasis fills the vessel. It reminds you who you truly are.

🔥 Integration - Connectivity through Creativity
Anchoring in your transformation happens through communication and community that hold the sacredness of your experience. Through art, sound, movement, song, writing, and conversation, there is ample opportunity to consolidate the transformation through being witnessed as your authentic self.
With the guidance of live facilitation, coaching, and space holding we set the precedence
for your next chapter beyond the event.
Then we enjoy the after glow by sharing food, deepening our friendships and some surprise fun.
